3. Subscriptions & Payments

Academy membership is billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including training materials, videos, text, graphics, and software is owned by GSC Underdog Sales LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account or login credentials
• Redistribute or resell training materials
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise our systems

6. Limitation of Liability

Our training programs provide education and guidance. Results may vary. We make no guarantees regarding specific sales outcomes or revenue. Underdog Sales is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pafos, Cyprus.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
